2.2 Meeluisteren en gesprekken overnemen
1.Met de hoorn op de haak, luistert u mee tijdens de opname van een
bericht via de luidspreker. U kunt meeluisteren beëindigen door de stop
toets te drukken.
2.Meeluisteren kan worden voortgezet via de hoorn. U kan meeluisteren
beëindigen door de hoorn neer te leggen.
Tijdens meeluisteren kan u een gesprek overnemen, door op de O.K. toets
te drukken.
Automatisch meeluisteren
Met de functie automatisch meeluisteren ingeschakeld, wordt de luidspre-
ker aangeschakeld tijdens de opname (zie 3.2 in deel B). Automatisch
meeluisteren wordt alleen ingeschakeld als het toestel vrij is (niet tijdens
een gesprek).
Meeluisteren inschakelen met de hand
Als automatisch meeluisteren niet is ingeschakeld, kunt u meeluisteren
activeren door op de O.K. toets te drukken: De luidspreker wordt dan
ingeschakeld.
2.1 Bericht opnemen
Een oproep komt binnen:
1.Het antwoordapparaat schakelt zichzelf in na een instelbaar aantal bellen.
Voor het apparaat inschakelt kunt u de oproep normaal beantwoorden. (bij
aflevering: 3 bellen = 15 seconden).
2.Als de aankondiging is afgespeeld, (met het verzoek een bericht achter te
laten) wordt de toon gegeven.
3.Het bericht wordt opgenomen. Als de oproeper geen bericht achter laat,
wordt zijn nummer opgenomen in de oproeplijst (voorwaarde het nummer
moet zijn meegestuurd). Terwijl de oproeper spreekt, kunt u meeluisteren
en, indien noodzakelijk, het gesprek alsnog nemen.
4.De opname eindigt als ...
... de oproeper langer dan 8 seconden stil is of neerlegt (spraak controle).
... de maximale opname tijd voor een bericht wordt bereikt.
... de opname capaciteit van het antwoordapparaat vol is.
5.Na opname, wordt een mogelijke afsluitaankondiging afgespeeld. Daarna
wordt de verbinding verbroken.
