19A - Telefoneren: 3 Tijdens gesprek

3.1 Notitieblad

Tijdens een gesprek, kunt u het telefoonnummer van de beller overzetten

naar het notitieblad, u kunt hem/haar dan later terugbellen.

Oproep met nummer identificatie: Het telefoonnummer kan direct wor-

den opgeslagen.

Gesprek zonder identificatie: Het door de beller gedicteerde telefoon-

nummer kan met de hand worden ingevoerd - nadat een geheugen

- Druk de nummerherhaal toets ÈÈn of meerdere keren om

een geheugen te kiezen

Sla het nummer van de beller op -

plaats is gekozen.

3.2 Ruggespraak

U kan een 2de gesprek opzetten tijdens een telefoongesprek. Tijdens deze

ruggespraak, wordt het 1ste gesprek in de wacht gezet. Hij/zij kan niet

meeluisteren bij het ruggespraak gesprek. Na het ruggespraak gesprek kunt

u uw eerste gesprek voortzetten.

U bent in gesprek:

- Kies een nummer - voer het ruggespraak gesprek

Beëindig ruggespraak:

verbreektoets - vervolg 1ste gesprek

3.3 Doorgeven

U kunt een 2de gesprek opzetten om daarna beide partijen met elkaar te

verbinden.

U bent in gesprek:

Nadat het gesprek is doorgegeven, de kosten zullen worden belast bij

degene die de betreffende verbinding heeft opgezet.

- Kies een nummer - kondig het doorgeven aan
