Probleem Oplossing
De machine is opgeslagen
geweest in een niet-
vorstvrije ruimte.
Neem contact op met het Philips Consumer Care Centre in uw land.
De SENSEO

kofe is niet
sterk genoeg.
Controleer of:
u het juiste aantal pads hebt gebruikt en op de juiste knop hebt gedrukt.
Gebruik 1 coffee pad in combinatie met de 1-kops padhouder q en
de 1-kops knop q. Gebruik 2 coffee pads in combinatie met de 2-kops
padhouder qq en de 2-kops knop qq;
de coffee pad(s) netjes in het midden van de padhouder zijn geplaatst om
te voorkomen dat water langs de rand van de pad(s) loopt. Als u 2 coffee
pads boven op elkaar gebruikt, plaats dan de beide coffee pads met de
bolle zijde naar beneden en druk de pads zachtjes in de padhouder;
u niet per ongeluk 2 keer dezelfde pad hebt gebruikt;
de kofe gelijkmatig over de pad is verdeeld.
Geeft u de voorkeur aan een krachtigere smaak, dan zijn sterkere
SENSEO
\
coffee pad-varianten verkrijgbaar.

sterk.
Geeft u de voorkeur aan een zachtere smaak, dan zijn mildere SENSEO

coffee pad-varianten verkrijgbaar.
De kofe is niet heet
genoeg.
Gebruik geen koppen die te groot zijn, omdat de kofe dan sneller afkoelt.
Gebruik koppen met een inhoud van ten minste 150 ml.
Er is snel water en stoom
uit de onderkant van het
apparaat gelekt.
