OPLOSSING VAN PROBLEMEN
Dit hoofdstuk vat de meest voorkomende problemen samen waarmee uw
machine te maken zou kunnen hebben. Indien de hier vermelde informatie
u niet helpt het probleem op te lossen, raadpleeg dan de Veel Gestelde

Verschijnselen Oorzaken Oplossingen
De machine kan niet wor-
den ingeschakeld.
De machine is niet op het elektrici-
teitsnet aangesloten.
Sluit de machine op het elektriciteits-
net aan.
Hoofdschakelaar in stand “0“. Controleer of de hoofdschakelaar in
stand "I" staat.
Het lekbakje wordt ge-
vuld, ook indien er geen
water wordt afgevoerd.
Soms voert de machine het water
automatisch af in het lekbakje om
de spoeling van de circuits te be-
heren en om een optimale werking
te garanderen.
Dit gedrag wordt als normaal be-
schouwd.
De ko e is niet warm
genoeg.
De bekers/kopjes zijn koud. Verwarm de bekers/kopjes voor met
heet water of gebruik de schenkinrich-
ting voor heet water.
De temperatuur van de drank is
ingesteld op Laag in het program-
meringsmenu.
Controleer of de temperatuur is
ingesteld op Normaal of Hoog in het
programmeringsmenu.
Er wordt koude melk aan de ko e
toegevoegd.
De koude melk verlaagt de tempera-
tuur van het eindproduct: verwarm
de melk voor het aan de drank toe te
voegen.
Er komt geen heet water
uit.
Het stoom/heetwaterpijpje is
verstopt of vies.
Reinig het stoom/heetwaterpijpje (zie
hoofdstuk "Reiniging en onderhoud").
Inspecteer het uitlooppijpje om te
controleren of de schenkinrichting niet
verstopt is. Maak een gat in de kalk met
een speld of een naald.
De machine vult niet de
beker/het kopje.
De machine is niet geprogram-
meerd.
Ga in het programmeringsmenu van de
dranken en stel voor elke soort ko e
de instelling voor de hoeveelheid van
de ko e in volgens de eigen wensen.
De ko e heeft weinig
crème (zie opmerking).
De melange is niet geschikt, de
ko e is niet versgebrand of de kof-
epoeder is te grof gemalen.
Gebruik een andere ko emelange
of pas de maal jnheid aan zoals staat
beschreven in het hoofdstuk “Afstelling
van de keramische ko emolen”.
De ko ebonen of de voorgemalen
ko e zijn te oud.
Verzeker u ervan verse ko ebonen of
voorgemalen ko e te gebruiken.
De melk wordt niet opge-
klopt.
De kan is vies of is niet goed
geplaatst.
Controleer of de kan op de juiste ma-
nier is gereinigd en geplaatst.
