De zetgroep kan niet
worden verwijderd.
De zetgroep is niet goed geplaatst. Sluit de servicedeur. Schakel de
machine uit en weer in. Wacht
totdat op het scherm wordt
aangegeven dat de machine gereed
is en verwijder dan de zetgroep.
De koffiediklade is niet verwijderd. Verwijder de koffiediklade voordat u
de zetgroep verwijdert.
De machine is nog bezig met het
ontkalkingsproces.
U kunt de zetgroep niet verwijderen
wanneer het ontkalkingsproces nog
actief is. Voltooi eerst het
ontkalkingsproces en verwijder dan
de zetgroep.
De zetgroep kan niet
worden geplaatst.
De zetgroep is niet goed geplaatst. De zetgroep is niet in de ruststand
geplaatst voordat deze werd
teruggeplaatst. Zorg ervoor dat de
hendel contact maakt met de voet
van de zetgroep en dat de haak van
de zetgroep in de juiste stand staat.
Reset de machine door deze in en
uit te schakelen. Plaats het lekbakje
en de koffiediklade terug. Laat de
zetgroep buiten de machine. Sluit de
servicedeur en schakel de machine
in en uit. Probeer vervolgens de
zetgroep weer te plaatsen.
De koffie heeft te weinig
crème of is waterig.
De molen is op een te grove maling
ingesteld.
Stel de molen in op de fijnere
maling.
De zetgroep is vuil. Maak de zetgroep schoon. Volg voor
een grondige reiniging de
maandelijkse reinigingsprocedure
met de ontvettingstablet.
De uitgang van het koffiekanaal is vuil. Maak de uitgang van het koffiekanaal
grondig schoon met de handgreep
van het multifunctionele
gereedschap of de handgreep van
een lepel.
De koffiemelange is niet de juist
melange.
Probeer een andere koffiemelange.
De koffie is niet heet
genoeg.
De koppen die u gebruikt, zijn te koud. Verwarm de koppen voor door ze
af te spoelen met heet water.
De ingestelde temperatuur is te laag.
Controleer de menu-instellingen.
Stel in het menu de temperatuur in
op hoog.
U hebt melk toegevoegd. Of de melk die u toevoegt, nu koud
of warm is, door de melk wordt de
koffie altijd iets minder warm.
