32 Philips dictation recorder app
To send a dictation via email:

Make sure that you are connected to a Wi-Fi network.

Tap on the recording screen.
X The Send options pop-up window appears.

Tap Send mail.
X The Compose email window opens.

Enter the recipient’s email address, and then tap
to send the dictation.
X The dictation is marked as sent in the
recordings list.
If you haven’t set up an email account yet:

X The Account setup window opens. Follow the
instructions on the screen. For more information
about how to set up an email account, see Using
email app.

Tap the Back key twice.
X The Compose email window opens.

to send the dictation.
X The dictation is marked as sent in the
recordings list.

Philips SpeechLive is a cloud dictation solution that
allows you to store, access and share dictation les
from anywhere in the world and around the clock while
guaranteeing maximum le security.

and SpeechLive services, see the SpeechLive Quick

administrators. Download the quicks starts guides at
www.speechlive.com/us/support.
Before you send a dictation to SpeechLive:
• You need to have a valid SpeechLive account. If
you are not using SpeechLive yet, create a new user
account at www.speechlive.com.
• Set up your SpeechLive user account in the dictation
app.
• Make sure that you have enabled SpeechLive in
Settings > Forwarding > SpeechLive.
Set up SpeechLive
Before you set up SpeechLive in the Philips dictation
recorder app, you need to have a valid SpeechLive user
account. If you are not using SpeechLive yet, create a
new SpeechLive user account at www.speechlive.com.
To set up your SpeechLive account:

Make sure that you are connected to a Wi-Fi network.

Go to Settings > Forwarding > SpeechLive.

Tap the Email address eld.
X The SpeechLive login window opens.

Enter your SpeechLive email address and your
password.

Tap Sign in.
X Your SpeechLive account name is automatically
assigned to your email address.
X If you have more than one SpeechLive user
account with the same email address and
password, you will be prompted to select an
account. Tap the desired account.
X After you have set up your SpeechLive account,
you will see a Syncing successful notication in
your recordings list.
Send a dictation to SpeechLive

Make sure that you are connected to a Wi-Fi network.

Tap on the recording screen.
X The Send options pop-up window appears.

Tap SpeechLive.
X The dictation is marked as sent in the
recordings list.
X You can now access your dictations in the
SpeechLive portal at login.speechlive.com.
