2.4.1 DVD-Video
Afhankelijk van het materiaal op de disc (een speelfilm,
videoclips, een dramaserie enz.) kunnen deze discs een of meer
titels bevatten, en elke titel kan een of meer hoofdstukken bevat-
ten. Om snel en gemakkelijk te vinden wat u zoekt, kunt u zowel
van titel naar titel als van hoofdstuk naar hoofdstuk gaan.
2.4.2 Video CD
Afhankelijk van het materiaal op de disc (een speelfilm,
videoclips, een dramaserie enz.) kunnen deze discs een of
meer tracks bevatten, en elke track kan een of meer indexen
bevatten. Dit wordt op het doosje van de disc aangegeven. Om snel
en gemakkelijk te vinden wat u zoekt, kunt u zowel van track naar
track als van index naar index gaan.
2.4.3 Audio CD / WMA/ MP3 CD
Audio-CD/WMA/MP3-CD's bevatten alleen muziektracks.
U kunt de CD's gewoon afspelen op een stereosys-
teem met behulp van de knoppen op de afstandsbe-
diening en/of op de speler zelf, of via de TV met
behulp van de weergave op het scherm (On Screen
Display, OSD).
2.4.4 CD met JPEG-bestanden
U kunt op deze speler ook JPEG-foto's weergeven.
2.4.5 Uitleg van DivX
DivX is een populaire mediatechnologie ontwikkeld door
DivX Inc. DivX mediabestanden hebben sterk gecomprimeerde
video met hoge kwaliteit en zijn toch beperkt in omvang. DivX
bestanden kunnen tevens andere geavanceerde media-elementen
bevatten, zoals menu's, ondertitels, en wisselende audio-tracks.Vele
verschillende DivX mediabestanden zijn op het internet
beschikbaar, en u kunt uw eigen media maken met
gebruiksvriendelijke programma's van DivX.com.
