Deleting Entries

Quick Search
You can access the stored directory entries by using the
letter keyboard. If your fax machine is in the root menu,
enter the initial letters or the name of the desired entry.
Your fax machine will show you the telephone book
entries for the corresponding letters. Select the desired
number by pressing
¾
. Lift up the handset, or—if you
would like to send a fax—press START.
Groups
You can combine several telephone book entries into a
single group. If you select this group as the recipient of
a fax or an SMS message, the transmission is sent to all
the members of the group (see the chapter entitled Fax /
Broadcasting). Your fax machine can store ten diff erent
groups.
Creating Groups

3 Enter a name for the group. Confi rm your entry by
pressing OK.

book. Enter the initial letters or make your selection

nate the entry process by pressing OK.
5 Enter a group number from

your entry by pressing OK.  e group is now saved.
Editing a Group

3 Select the group that you would like to edit by press-
ing

4 If necessary, enter a new name for the group. Con-
fi rm with OK.
5 You can delete or add entries. Move the cursor with

; use C to delete individual recipients. To add
a recipient from the telephone book, press

Confi rm with OK.
6 If necessary, enter a new number for the group. Con-
fi rm with OK.
Deleting a Group

3 Select the group that you would like to delete, then
press OK.
4 Confi rm the deletion by pressing OK.
Chain Dialling
Before the dialling process begins, you can freely combine
and edit telephone book entries, manually entered digits,
numbers from the redial list or numbers from the caller
list. For example, if you have saved the telephone number
prefi x of an inexpensive telephone service provider (call-
by-call) as a telephone book entry, select this entry and
manually enter the subsequent telephone number or se-
lect another number from the telephone book, the redial
list or the caller list.
Printing the Telephone Book
Your fax machine can print out a list of the stored
telephone book entries and groups. Press

select print with

printed.

You can also obtain a print-out of the tele-
