Utilizar a Philips Sonicare

Instruções de escovagem

1Pressione a cabeça da escova na direção da pega de forma a que

as cerdas fiquem viradas para a parte da frente da pega (Fig. 3).

2Pressione firmemente a cabeça da escova contra a ponta metálica

até a encaixar.

Nota: é normal ver um pequeno espaço entre a cabeça da escova

e a pega.

3Humedeça as cerdas (Fig. 4).

4Aplique uma pequena quantidade de pasta de dentes nas cerdas

(Fig. 5).

5Coloque as cerdas da escova encostadas aos dentes num ângulo

ligeiramente inclinado (45 graus), pressionando firmemente para

que as cerdas alcancem a linha das gengivas ou ligeiramente

abaixo da linha das gengivas (Fig. 6). Uma mudança na vibração (e

uma mudança subtil do som) alerta-o quando aplicar demasiada

pressão durante a escovagem.

Nota: Mantenha sempre o centro da escova em contacto com os

dentes.

6Prima uma vez o botão ligar/desligar para ligar a Philips Sonicare

(Fig. 7).

7Mantenha as cerdas suavemente encostadas aos dentes e às

gengivas. Escove os dentes com pequenos movimentos para trás

e para a frente para que as cerdas alcancem a zona entre os

dentes (Fig. 8).

Nota: As cerdas devem abrir-se ligeiramente. Não esfregue.

8Para limpar as superfícies interiores dos dentes da frente, incline a

pega da escova quase na vertical e faça várias rotações verticais

de escovagem sobrepostas em cada dente (Fig. 9).

9Para se certificar de que escova toda a boca uniformemente,

divida a boca em 4 secções, utilizando a funcionalidade (Fig. 10)

Quadpacer. Esta funcionalidade emite um sinal sonoro após 30

segundos.
