4Aplique una pequeña cantidad de pasta de dientes en las cerdas
(Fig. 5).
5Coloque las cerdas del cepillo de dientes sobre los dientes
formando un ángulo de 45 grados y presione firmemente para que
las cerdas alcancen la línea de la encía o se queden ligeramente
por debajo de la encía (Fig. 6). Un cambio en la vibración (y un
ligero cambio en el sonido) le avisa cuando está ejerciendo
demasiada presión durante el cepillado.
Nota: Mantenga la parte central del cepillo en contacto con los
dientes en todo momento.
6Pulse el botón de encendido/apagado para encender Philips
Sonicare (Fig. 7).
7Coloque suavemente las cerdas sobre los dientes y en la línea de
la encía. Cepille los dientes con un pequeño movimiento hacia
delante y hacia atrás, de forma que las cerdas lleguen a los
espacios interdentales (Fig. 8).
Nota: Las cerdas pueden irritar ligeramente. No frote.
8Para limpiar la superficie interior de los dientes anteriores, incline
el mango del cepillo y colóquelo en posición semivertical. Realice
varias pasadas superpuestas en vertical en cada diente (Fig. 9).
9Para asegurar el cepillado uniforme de toda la boca, divida la
cavidad bucal en 4 secciones mediante la función (Fig. 10)
Quadpacer. La función Quadpacer emitirá pitidos al cabo de
30segundos.
10 Cepille durante 2minutos completos siguiendo las indicaciones de
Quadpacer (Fig. 11). Al cabo de 2minutos, el cepillo de dientes se
apaga automáticamente.
- Tras completar el ciclo de cepillado, emplee un tiempo adicional
para cepillar la superficie de masticación de los dientes y las zonas
donde se forman (Fig. 12) manchas.
Puede utilizar Philips Sonicare de forma segura en:
- Aparatos correctores (los cabezales se gastan antes cuando se
utilizan sobre aparatos correctores)
- Restauraciones dentales (empastes, coronas, carillas)
