7 Problemen oplossen
Dit hoofdstuk behandelt in het kort de problemen die u kunt tegenkomen tijdens het
gebruik van uw luchtbevochtiger. Als u er niet in slaagt het probleem op te lossen met
behulp van de onderstaande informatie, neem dan contact op met het Consumer Care
Centre in uw land.
Probleem Mogelijke oplossing
De luchtbevochtiger werkt
niet.
• Controleer of de luchtbevochtiger op netspanning is
aangesloten.
• Zorg dat het waterreservoir is gevuld met water en dat
de bovenkant goed is bevestigd op het waterreservoir.
De lucht wordt niet
bevochtigd.
• Zorg dat het waterreservoir is gevuld met water en dat
de bovenkant goed is bevestigd op het waterreservoir.
• De luchtbevochtiger werkt niet meer als de huidige
luchtvochtigheidsgraad 70% RH bereikt. Met een
luchtvochtigheid boven 70% RH voelen gebruikers
zich niet prettig en daarom wordt de luchtbevochtiger
automatisch uitgeschakeld om te zorgen voor
optimale bevochtigingsprestaties.
Het waterreservoir lekt. • Zorg dat er niet te veel water in de luchtbevochtiger zit.
• Zorg dat de luchtbevochtiger goed is gemonteerd/
aangesloten nadat u deze hebt gereinigd, de
bovenkant hebt verwijderd of het waterreservoir hebt
bijgevuld.
• Controleer of het waterreservoir goed is geplaatst. Als
het probleem zich blijft voordoen, neem dan contact
op met het Consumer Care Centre in uw land.
Ik zie de huidige
luchtvochtigheidsindicatie
niet veranderen.
• Zorg dat u het bevochtigingslter rond de lterhouder
hebt geplaatst.
• Het bevochtigingslter is vuil. Spoel het
bevochtigingslter af en/of ontkalk het (zie het
hoofdstuk 'Bevochtigingslter reinigen').
• De ruimte wordt mogelijk te goed geventileerd. Sluit
deuren en ramen.
• De ruimte is te groot. De aanbevolen grootte van de
ruimte is 25 m
2
.
Er zit witte aanslag op het
bevochtigingslter.
De witte aanslag is kalk en bestaat uit mineralen uit
het water. Kalk op het bevochtigingslter beïnvloedt de
bevochtigingsprestaties, maar is niet schadelijk voor uw
gezondheid. Volg de instructies voor het schoonmaken in
de gebruiksaanwijzing.
