4 Form dejen til den form, du ønsker, og pak
denindilm.
5 Sæt den i køleskabet i mindst 1 time og op
til 2 dage.
6 Lad dejen hvile ved stuetemperatur i et par
minutter, inden du ruller den ud og bager
den.
Opskrift: Marengs
Ingredienser:
• 4 æggehvider
• 1 kop (200 gram) sukker
1 Pisk æggehviderne ved hastighed 7, indtil
der dannes bløde toppe.
2 Tilsæt sukkeret lidt ad gangen, og bland
samtidigt ved hastighed 4, indtil hviderne
bliver stive.
3 Placer med en ske marengsen på en
bageplade dækket med bagepapir.
4 Forvarm ovnen til 105 °C, og sæt pladen
med marengsen midt i ovnen.
5 Bag marengsen i cirka 1-1,5 time, indtil den
er tør og sprød.
6 Sluk ovnen, og tør marengsen i ovnen i
1,5 time.

6 Kom dejen i en 30 cm lang
aluminiumsform.
7 Stil den midt i ovnen.
8 Bag i 30-40 minutter ved 180°C.
Opskrift: Tærtedej
Ingredienser:
• 340 g hvedemel, plus ekstra til rulning
• 227 g koldt usaltet smør skåret i 2 cm
rkanter
• 1 tsk salt
• 1 tsk. sukker
• 6 til 8 spsk. iskoldt vand
1 Kom alle de tørre ingredienser i skålen, og
sæt drejegrebet på hastighed 1.
2 Tilsæt det kolde smør til de tørre
ingredienser, og øg gradvist hastigheden fra
1 til 3.
3 Tilsæt 1 spsk. iskoldt vand ad gangen
til blandingen, indtil den danner en
smuldrende dej.
