- 15o g Datteln
- 225 g getrocknete Pflaumen
- 100 g Nüsse (50g Mandeln,50 g Walnüsse)
- 50 g Rosinen
- 50 g Sultaninen
- 200 Roggen-Vollkornmehl
- 100 g Weizenmehl
- 100 g brauner Zucker
- 1 Prise Salz
- 1 Päckchen Backpulver
- 300 ml Buttermilch

Alle Zutaten mit der Momentschaltung (P) max.
10 Sekunden land mischen. Geben Sie den Teig in
eine kastenförmige Backform und backen Sie ihn
40 Minuten bei 170c C im Backofen.
Brokkoli-Suppe
gP
- 50 g mittelalter Gouda
- 300 g gekochter Brokkoli (Röschen und
Stamm)
- Wasser, in dem der Brokkoli gekocht wurde
- 2 gekochte Kartoffeln, in Stücken
- 2 Brühwürfel
- 2 El ungeschlagene süße Sahne
- Curry
- Salz
- Pfeffer
- Muskat

Den Käse reiben. Den Brokkoli mit den gekochten
Kartoffeln mit etwas Brokkoliwasser pürieren. Das
Püree und das restliche Brokkoliwasser mit dem
Brühwürfel in einem Messbecher auf 750 ml
auffüllen. In einem Kochtopf unter Umrühren
aufkochen lassen. Den Käse einrühren, mit Curry,
Salz, Pfeffer und Muskar würzen.
Roquefort-Dressing

- Zutaten zum Roquefort-Dressing
- 75 g Roquefort oder anderer Blauschimmel-
Käse, gekrümelt
- 250 g saure Sahne
- 2 Tropfen Tabasco
- 1 Tl Weinessig
- 1 Zehe Knoblauch
- 1/2 Tl Zucker
- 1 Tl Selleriesalz
- Pfeffer
- 1/2 Tl Senf

Alle Zutaten außer dem Käse in die Schüssel
geben und gut mischen. Den Käse hinzugeben,
und alles weiterverarbeiten, bis die gewünschte
Konsistenz erreicht ist.
Joghurt-Dressing

- 150 ml Joghurt
- 2 El Zitronensaft
- 1 Teelöffelspitze Salz
- Pfeffer
