Ingrédients pour le blender Quantités

milk-shake 100 g de fruits + 150 ml de lait

graines de soja 50 g de graines de soja (trempées

pendant 4 heures) + 250 ml d’eau

boisson aux amandes 75 g d’amandes + 200 ml d’eau

boisson au sésame noir 75 g de graines de sésame noir +

200 ml d’eau

2 Mettez le couvercle en place.

3 Placez le bol mélangeur sur le bloc moteur (1). Faites tourner le bol

mélangeur dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre (2) jusqu’à ce

qu’il s’enclenche (clic) (g. 4).

N’exercez pas une pression trop forte sur le bol mélangeur.

4 Branchez le cordon d’alimentation sur la prise secteur et appuyez

sur le bouton marche/arrêt.

Lorsque vous utilisez l’appareil, tenez le bloc moteur à deux mains.

Ne faites pas fonctionner le blender plus d’une minute sans

interruption.

Si ce n’est pas sufsant, arrêtez l’appareil et attendez une minute avant de

le remettre en marche. Si l’appareil chauffe, laissez-le refroidir avant de

poursuivre.

Ne mettez jamais vos doigts ou un objet (par exemple, une spatule)

dans le bol mélangeur lorsque le blender est en cours de

fonctionnement.

Ne touchez pas les lames. Si elles se bloquent, débranchez l’appareil et

retirez les ingrédients à l’origine du blocage au moyen d’une spatule.

Conseils

Pour éviter tout risque d’éclaboussure, ne remplissez jamais le bol

mélangeur au-delà de l’indication du niveau maximal (0,4 litre).
