Ingredientes para el molinillo para
seco
Cantidades
granos de soja (secos) 20-50 g
hojas de té 20-50 g
especias duras (p.ej. clavo, cassia) 2 g
2 Enrosque la unidad de cuchillas del molinillo para seco (con tres
cuchillas) en el vaso correspondiente (g. 8).
3 Ponga el molinillo para seco ya montado boca abajo y colóquelo en
la unidad motora (1). Gire el molinillo para seco en el sentido de
las agujas del reloj para jarlo (2) (“clic”) (g. 9).
4 Enchufe el aparato a la toma de corriente y pulse el botón de
encendido/apagado (g. 10).
Sujete rmemente la unidad motora con las dos manos cuando el
aparato esté en funcionamiento.
No utilice el molinillo para seco durante más de 30 segundos seguidos.
Si transcurrido ese tiempo no ha terminado de moler, apague el aparato
y espere 1 minuto antes de continuar. Si el aparato se calienta, deje que
se enfríe antes de seguir utilizándolo.
Consejos
Procese siempre el clavo, el anís y el anís estrellado junto con otros
ingredientes. Si los procesa solos, podrían deteriorar los materiales de
plástico del aparato.
Las especias duras, como la cassia, deben cortarse en trozos de
menos de 1 x 2 cm.
Para utilizar el vaso del molinillo para seco como recipiente, dele la
vuelta y coloque la tapa de plástico en el vaso.

húmedos como carne, cebolla, ajo, etc (g. 6).
