Antes de usar el aparato por primera vez, limpie bien las piezas que vayan a entrar en contacto con
los alimentos (consulte el capítulo ‘Limpieza’).

Puede ajustar la longitud del cable enrollándolo alrededor del soporte de la base. Pase el cable por
la ranura de la base.
Batidora
La batidora está diseñada para hacer purés, picar y mezclar. Con la batidora puede preparar sopas,
salsas y batidos, además de procesar verduras, fruta, carne, masa, etc.

1 Coloque la junta en la unidad de cuchillas de la batidora (g. 2).
2 Coloque la unidad de cuchillas en la parte inferior de la jarra de la batidora (1). Enrosque la
unidad de cuchillas en sentido contrario al de las agujas del reloj (2) hasta que quede bien
jada. (g. 3)
3 Coloque la jarra de la batidora con la unidad de cuchillas en la unidad motora y fíjela
enroscándola en el sentido de las agujas del reloj (“clic”). (g. 4)
La jarra de la batidora se puede montar en dos posiciones: con el asa hacia la derecha o hacia la
izquierda.
4 Enchufe la clavija de red a la toma de corriente.

1 Ponga los ingredientes en la jarra de la batidora.
2 Coloque la tapa sobre la jarra y gírela hasta que quede bien jada (“clic”).
3 Introduzca el vaso medidor en la abertura de la tapa. (g. 5)
4 Pulse el botón de velocidad 1 ó 2 para encender la batidora.
Cuando termine de procesar, pulse el botón turbo/apagado para apagar la batidora. Si desea
procesar los ingredientes muy poco tiempo, utilice el botón turbo/apagado en lugar de los botones
de velocidad.
No deje que el aparato funcione durante más de 3 minutos seguidos. Déjelo enfriar a
temperatura ambiente entre un ciclo de procesado y otro.

Si quiere picar cubitos de hielo, no ponga más de 6 cubitos (de aprox. 25 x 35 x 25 mm) en la
jarra de la batidora y pulse el botón turbo varias veces.
Corte la carne o cualquier otro ingrediente sólido en trozos pequeños antes de introducirlos en
la jarra de la batidora.
No procese gran cantidad de ingredientes sólidos al mismo tiempo. Para obtener buenos
resultados, recomendamos procesar los ingredientes en pequeños lotes.
Para preparar zumo de tomate, corte los tomates en 4 trozos y échelos por la abertura de la
tapa sobre las cuchillas girando.
