70 g tørrede sojabønner

6 dl vand

1 Læg sojabønnerne i blød i 4 timer, før de tilberedes. Si derefter vandet fra.

2 Kom de opblødte sojabønner i lteret, og hæld vandet i blenderglasset. Blend i 40 sekunder.

3 Hæld sojamælken op i en gryde, og bring den i kog. Tilsæt derefter sukker, og lad sojamælken

simre, indtil sukkeret er helt opløst.

4 Serveres varm eller kold.





100 g kålrabi

150 g kartoer

150 g selleri

50 g gulerødder

100 g røget skinke

0,55 l vand

100 g linser (på dåse)

125 g cremefraiche

10 g persille

salt, friskkværnet peber, 1 bouillonterning, 1 laurbærblad

1 Skær ingredienserne i stykker på 2 x 2 x 2 cm.

2 Kålrabi, kartoer, selleri, gulerødder og 3,5 dl vand kommes i blenderglasset i nævnte

rækkefølge og blendes i 30 sekunder.

3 Kom de blendede ingredienser i en gryde, og bring dem i kog. Tilsæt resten af vandet (2 dl),

cremefraiche, linser, kød, urter, bouillonterning og krydderier.

4 Lad suppen simre i 30 minutter. Rør regelmæssigt i suppen.
