Problemen oplossen
Dit hoofdstuk behandelt in het kort de problemen die u kunt tegenkomen tijdens
het gebruik van het apparaat. Als u het probleem niet kunt oplossen met de
informatie hieronder, ga dan naar www.philips.com/support voor een lijst met
veelgestelde vragen of neem contact op met het Consumer Care Centre in uw land.
Probleem Oplossing
Het apparaat werkt niet. Het apparaat is voorzien van twee veiligheidspennen.
Als de sapunit of de pulpopvangbak niet goed op de
motorunit is geplaatst, werkt het apparaat niet.
Controleer of deze onderdelen op de juiste manier zijn
geplaatst (zie het hoofdstuk ‘Klaarmaken voor gebruik’).
De eerste paar keer dat
het apparaat wordt
gebruikt, produceert de
motor een
onaangename geur.
Dit is niet ongebruikelijk. Als het apparaat deze geur
blijft afgeven nadat u het een paar keer hebt gebruikt,
controleer dan de hoeveelheden die u verwerkt en de
verwerkingstijd.
De sapunit kan niet op
de motorunit worden
geplaatst.
Controleer of de tuit goed op de sapunit is bevestigd.
Controleer of de uitsteeksels van de sapunit zich op
één lijn bevinden met de uitsparingen van de motorunit
(zie afb. 9).
De sapunit is
geblokkeerd.
Houd de pre-clean-knop een aantal seconden
ingedrukt. Als de sapunit nog steeds is geblokkeerd,
schakel het apparaat dan uit, verwijder de sapunit en
demonteer alle onderdelen. Verwijder het fruit dat de
sapunit blokkeert. Verwerk daarna een kleinere
hoeveelheid.
Het aan-uitlampje
knippert (alleen HR1942,
HR1943, HR1944,
HR1946, HR1947 en
HR1949 ).
De sapunit is geblokkeerd. Houd de pre-clean-knop
een aantal seconden ingedrukt. Als de sapunit nog
steeds is geblokkeerd, schakel het apparaat dan uit,
verwijder de sapunit en demonteer alle onderdelen.
Verwijder het fruit dat de sapunit blokkeert. Verwerk
daarna een kleinere hoeveelheid.
