- 30 ml de vinagre o de zumo de limón

Todos los ingredientes deben estar a temperatura ambiente

Pongan el huevo o las yemas de huevo en la jarra batidora, añadan sal,
pimienta, polvo de mostaza y la mitad del vinagre o del zumo de limón y
batan a una velocidad media.Viertan aceite a través de la abertura de
la tapa hasta que la mayonesa se torne espesa. Después, añadan el
resto de vinagre o de zumo de limón y sazonen al gusto.

Guárdenla en el refrigerador.
Pastel de zanahoria
- 4 huevos
- 200 g de zanahoria a rebanadas
- 200 ml de leche
- 100 g de leche condensada
- 300 g de azúcar
- 300 g de harina de trigo
- 150 g de aceite
- 1 cucharita de café de levadura en polvo

Pongan los huevos, la zanahoria a rebanadas, la leche, la leche
condensada y el azúcar en la jarra batidora y procésenlos durante unos
15 segundos a la velocidad máxima.

Cucharada a cucharada, añadan la harina de trigo. Cuando la mezcla se
haya tornado homogénea, añadan gradualmente el aceite a través de la
abertura de la tapa. Finalmente, añadan la levadura seca y dejen que el
aparato funcione durante otros 5 segundos.

Pongan la mezcla en un molde para hornear y hornéenla a 180c
durante unos 40 minutos.
Salsa para ensalada
- 1 parte de vinagre o limón
- 3 partes de aceite
- Sal, pimienta

Viertan el vinagre o el zumo de limón en la jarra batidora, añadan sal y
pimienta y pongan el aparato en marcha. Procesen hasta que la sal y la
pimienta se hayan disuelto. Después, añadan el aceite a través de la
abertura de la tapa hasta que se haya formado una salsa homogénea.

Pueden preparar una gran cantidad de esta salsa básica y guardarla en
el refrigerador. Para mezclar los ingredientes, agítenla siempre antes de
usarla.

- 75 g de margarina
