拆卸打蛋器
1 要拆卸打蛋器,请按释放按钮。

土豆棒(仅限于 HR1655)
土豆棒可用于将土豆、芜菁和豌豆等熟原料捣成泥状。
注意
- 不要用土豆棒来在直热式煎锅内将原料捣泥。开始把原料捣成泥之前,务必先将煎锅
从热源移走,并让原料稍微冷却。
- 不要对坚硬的食物或生食物进行捣泥,否则可能使土豆棒损坏。
- 捣泥期间或之后,不要用土豆棒敲打或刮擦煎锅边缘。使用锅铲刮去多余的食物。
- 请勿连续加工 1 批以上的物料。须待产品冷却 5 分钟,才能继续进行加工。
1 烹饪并沥干土豆。
2 顺时针旋转土豆棒,将其连接到耦合装置(可听到“咔哒”一声)。(图10)
3 将耦合装置连接到马达上。(图11)
4 插入产品电源插头。
5 将土豆棒放到装有原料的碗中,并将速度环设为10。
6 按开/关按钮。
7 来回移动土豆杆约20秒。继续移动,直到达到所需的效果。
提示:您可以通过加盐、黄油或奶来调味。
提示:为获得最佳的效果,确保不要装入超过半锅原料。

奶泡器

4 将奶加热到55°C-65°C/131°F-149°F之间的温度。
提示:使用脂肪含量为3.5%的优化奶效果最佳。
注意:不要将奶加热到超过65°C/149°F的温度。不要让奶煮沸。
注意:请勿连续加工1批以上的物料。须待产品冷却5分钟,才能继续进行加工。
5 将奶倒到高脚隔热大口杯中。
6 将速度环设置为最高设置,按高速按钮并对奶打泡约60秒。
注意:使用后立即清洁奶泡器(请参阅“清洁”一章和清洁表)。
