Não processe mais do que as quantidades indicadas nesta receita de
cada vez. Deixe o aparelho arrefecer à temperatura ambiente antes

Ingredientes:
100 g de bananas ou morangos
200 ml de leite
50 g de gelado de baunilha
açúcar granulado a gosto
Descasque as bananas ou lave e retire a folha aos morangos.
Corte a fruta em pedaços mais pequenos. Deite todos os
ingredientes no copo misturador.
Bata até car macio.
Sugestão: Pode utilizar toda a fruta de que gostar para preparar os seus
batidos de fruta favoritos.
Sopa nutritiva de vegetais de Budapeste
Ingredientes:
240 g de couve-rábano
240 g de batata
360 g de aipo
120 g de cenoura
água (encha até à indicação de 1,5 l)
Coloque a couve-rábano, as batatas, o aipo, as cenouras e a água
na liquidicadora por esta ordem. Misture os ingredientes durante
5 segundos para uma sopa mais grossa ou por mais tempo para
uma sopa mais líquida.

150 g de lentilhas (de lata)
150 g de porco fumado
190 g natas
15 g de salsa
sal
pimenta fresca
1,5 cubos de caldo
2 folhas de louro
Coloque os ingredientes batidos numa panela e leve a ferver.
Adicione a água, as natas, as lentilhas, a carne de porco e as ervas
aromáticas. Deixe a cozinhar durante 30 minutos,
mexendo sempre.
Se quiser preparar uma maior quantidade de sopa, deixe o
aparelho arrefecer durante 60 minutos após processar os
ingredientes de cada porção.

100 g banan eller jordgubbar
2 dl mjölk
50 g vaniljglass
strösocker efter smak
Skala bananerna eller skölj och snoppa jordgubbarna. Skär frukten
i mindre bitar. Lägg alla ingredienserna i mixerbehållaren.
Mixa tills det är jämnt.
