Pel de bananen of spoel de aardbeien en verwijder de kroontjes.
Snijd de vruchten in kleinere stukken. Doe alle ingrediënten in de
blenderkan.

Voedzame groentesoep uit Boedapest
Ingrediënten:
240 g koolrabi
240 g aardappelen
360 g selderij
120 g wortels
water (aanvullen tot 1,5-literstreepje)
Doe de koolrabi, aardappelen, bleekselderij, wortels en het water
in de hier beschreven volgorde in de blender. Laat het apparaat 5
seconden werken voor een grove soep of langer voor een gladder
resultaat.
150 g dal (uit blik)
150 g gerookt varkensvlees
190 g crème fraîche
15 g peterselie
zout
verse peper
1,5 bouillonblokje
2 laurierblaadjes
Breng de verwerkte ingrediënten in een pan aan de kook. Voeg
water, de crème fraîche, de dal, het varkensvlees en de kruiden
toe. Laat al roerende 30 minuten zachtjes doorkoken.
Als u een grotere hoeveelheid soep wilt maken, dan dient u het
apparaat 60 minuten te laten afkoelen na de verwerking van
iedere portie.

Oppskrifter
Frisk fruktmilkshake
Ikke bearbeid mer enn mengden som indikeres i denne oppskriften,
på én gang. La apparatet kjøle seg ned til romtemperatur før du
fortsetter bearbeidingen.
Ingredienser:
100 g bananer eller jordbær
2 dl melk
50 g vaniljeis
smak til med sukker
Skrell bananene eller rens og fjern stilkene på jordbærene. Del
frukten opp i mindre biter. Ha alle ingrediensene i
hurtigmikserkannen.
Bland til du får en jevn blanding.
Tips: Du kan bruke alle typer frukt til å lage frisk fruktmilkshake.

Ingredienser:

vann (fyll opp til merket for 1,5 liter)
