Procedure
Follow the same procedure as
for bread dough. Knead the
dough for 1 minute. First put in
the flour and then the other
ingredients.
Use cold margarine, cut the
margarine into 2cm cubes. Put
the flour in the bowl and add
the margarine. Mix until the
dough has become crumbly.
Then add cold water while
mixing. Stop as soon as the
dough starts to turn into a ball.
Allow the dough to cool
before further processing.
First mix yeast, warm water
and some sugar in a separate
bowl. Put all ingredients in the
bowl and knead the dough
until it is smooth and does not
stick to the bowl (takes approx.
1 minute). Leave it to rise for
30 minutes.
Use egg whites at room
temperature. Note: use at least
2 egg whites.
