Vispilä - vihjeitä ja varoituksia
Vispilän avulla voit vaahdottaa kermaa, kananmunia ja munanvalkuaisia
sekä valmistaa pikavanukasta, majoneesia ja täytekakkutaikinaa.
Älä käytä vispilää voita tai margariinia sisältävän taikinan valmistukseen
tai taikinan vaivaamiseen. Käytä näihin tarkoituksiin vaivauslisälaitetta
(katso sivu 31).
Varmista, että kulho ja vispilä ovat kuivia ja rasvattomia, kun
vaahdotat munanvalkuaisia. Munanvalkuaisten on oltava
huoneenlämpöisiä.
Puhdista pallovatkain aina käytön jälkeen. Tietoja pallovatkaimen
purkamisesta ja puhdistuksesta on luvussa Puhdistus (sivu 48).

Fouet : conseils et avertissements
Le fouet permet de battre des œufs, de faire de la crème fouettée, de
monter des blancs en neige, de réaliser des crèmes, de la mayonnaise et
des pâtes à gâteau.
N’utilisez pas le fouet pour mélanger les pâtes à gâteau contenant du
beurre ou de la margarine ou pour pétrir de la pâte à pain. Pour ces
opérations, utilisez l’accessoire de pétrissage (voir page 31).
Assurez-vous que le bol et le fouet sont secs et exempts de graisse
lorsque vous montez des blancs en neige. Ceux-ci doivent être à
température ambiante.
Nettoyez le fouet après chaque utilisation. Voir le chapitre
« Nettoyage » (page 48) pour plus d’instructions sur la façon de
détacher le fouet an de le nettoyer.

Prima di montare gli albumi a neve, controllate sempre che il
recipiente e il disco emulsionante siano asciutti e sgrassati. Gli albumi
devono essere a temperatura ambiente.
Pulite sempre le fruste a sfera subito dopo l’uso. Per sapere come
estrarre le fruste a sfera per pulirle, leggete il capitolo “Pulizia”
(pagina 48)..

Ballonklopper - tips en waarschuwingen
U kunt de ballonklopper gebruiken om slagroom, eieren, eiwitten,
instantpudding, mayonaise en biscuitdeeg te kloppen.
Gebruik de ballonklopper niet om cakebeslag met boter te maken of
om deeg te kneden. Gebruik daarvoor het kneedaccessoire (zie
pagina 31).
Zorg ervoor dat de kom en de ballonklopper droog en vetvrij zijn
wanneer u eiwitten klopt. De eiwitten dienen op kamertemperatuur
te zijn.
Maak de ballonklopper altijd na gebruik schoon. Zie hoofdstuk
‘Schoonmaken’ (pagina 48) voor instructies over hoe de
ballonklopper uit elkaar moet worden genomen om het schoon te
maken.

Ballongvisp – tips og advarsler
Du kan bruke ballongvispen til å piske krem og vispe egg, eggehviter,
posepudding, majones og kakeblandinger.
Ikke bruk ballongvispen til å lage kakeblandinger med smør eller
margarin eller til å kna deig. Bruk elteutstyret til dette (se side 31).
Kontroller at bollen og ballongvispen er tørre og uten fett når du
visper eggehviter. Eggehvitene bør ha romtemperatur.
Rengjør alltid ballongvispen etter bruk. Se avsnittet Rengjøring (side
48) for instruksjoner om hvordan du tar ballongvispen fra hverandre
for å rengjøre den.
