Mείγµα (Aφράτο) 3 αυγά 2/1 Tα υλικά σε θερµοκρασία δωµατίου Kτυπήστε το µείγµα αυγών και ζάχα- Aφράτα Kέικ
ρης στη µέγιστη ταχύτητα µέχρι να σταθεροποιηθεί. Προσθέστε ψιλ ελβετικα κουλου-
αλεύρι και συνεχίστε τη µείξη στην ταχύτητα 1. ράκια ζυµαρικά
Mείγµα (κέικ) 4 αυγά 2 Tα υλικά σε θερµοκρασία δωµατίου. Aναµείξτε µαλακ βούτυρο και ζάχαρη ∆ιάφορα κέικ
– µείξη µέχρι να γίνουν µαλακ και κρεµώδες µείγµα. Προσθέστε γάλα, αυγά και
αλεύρι.
Kαρύδια 250 γρ. 2/M Xρησιµοποιείστε τη ταχύτητα (M) για χοντρ κψιµο ή τη µέγιστη Σαλάτες, ψωµί
– κψιµο ταχύτητα για ψιλ κψιµο ζυµάρι, πουτίγκα
Kρεµµύδια 500 γρ. 2/M Ξεφλουδίστε τα κρεµµύδια και κψτε τα σε 4 κοµµάτια. Σαλάτες,
– κψιµο Σηµείωση: Xρησιµοποιείστε τουλάχιστον 100 γρ. µαγειρεµένες
τροφές
– κψιµο σε 500 γρ. 2 Ξεφλουδίστε τα κρεµµύδια και κψτε τα σε κοµµάτια, ώστε να
– φέτες χωρούν στο στµιο. Σηµείωση: Xρησιµοποιείστε τουλάχιστον 100 γρ.
Aρακάς, φασλι (µαγειρεµένα) 500 γρ. 2 Xρησιµοποιείστε µαγειρεµένα φασλια ή αρακά. Aν χρειάζεται, Πουρέδες
– λυώσιµο χρησιµοποιείστε λίγο υγρ για να βελτιώσετε τη συνοχή του µείγµατος σούπες
Πατάτες, µαγ/νες 750 γρ. 1-2 Mη παραµαγειρέψετε τις πατάτες H ποστητα του αναγκαίου γάλακτος Φαγητά φούρνου,
– λυώσιµο πατάτες εξαρτάται απ το είδος της πατάτας. Xρησιµοποιείστε ζεστ γάλα πουρέδες
(µεγ. 60° C) Προσθέστε το γάλα αργά, ενώ περιστρέφεται ο κπτης.
Σούπες 500 ml 2 Xρησιµοποιείστε µαγειρεµένα λαχανικά Σούπες,
– µείξη σάλτσες
Λαχανικά 500 ml 2 Kψτε τα πρώτα σε κοµµάτια των 3 εκ. και συνεχίστε το κψιµο µε Σούπες, ωµές
– κψιµο τον κπτη σαλάτες,
σαλάτες.
Λαχανικά και κρέατα 500 γρ. 2 Για χοντρ λυώσιµο, προσθέστε µνο λίγο υγρ. Για ψιλ λιώσιµο, συνεχίστε Tροφές για µωρά
(µαγειρεµένα) να προσθέτετε υγρ µέχρι το µείγµα να γίνει πολύ απαλ. και παιδικές
– λυώσιµο τροφές
Kτυπητή κρέµα 400 ml 1-2 Xρησιµοποιείστε κρέµα που έχετε κρυώσει στο ψυγείο Γαρνιρίσµατα
– κτύπηµα Σηµείωση: Xρησιµοποιείστε τουλάχιστον 125 ml κρέµα κρέµα, ζυµα-
ρικά µείγµα
