αλεύρι τα υλικά στο µπωλ.

Xρησιµοποιείστε αλεύρι που

φουσκώνει µνο του ή απλ

αλεύρι µε µπέικιν πάουντερ.

Xρνος ανακατέµατος 1

λεπτ περίπου.

Zύµη 750 γρ. Bάλτε πρώτα υγρ στην Tηγανίτες,

(αφράτη) υγρ 1-1-2

® κανάτα. Mετά προσθέστε τα λουκουµάδες,

- µείξη στεγνά υλικά. κρέπες, φρίτερς.

– κψιµο σε M-1/2

V γαρνίρισµα,

– τρίψιµο
