- 300g de brocolis cuits
- l'eau où les brocolis ont été préalablement
cuits
- 2 pommes de terre bouillies coupés en
morceaux
- 2 bouillon-cubes
- 2 c. à c. crème
- curry
- sel
- poivre
- muscade

Râper le fromage. Réduisez en purée les broccolis
et les pommes de terre cuites ; ajoutez y un peu
d'eau de cuisson. Mettez la purée de broccolis, le
liquide restant et le bouillon-cubes dans un verre
gradué et remplissez-le jusqu'à 750ml. Versez le
tout dans une casserole et faites bouillir en
remuant. Ajoutez le fromage en tournant et
assaisonnez de curry, sel, poivre et muscade et
crème.
