ingredienser med agurkeskiverne. Afkøl salaten ved
at komme den i en skål, som tildækkes og sættes i
køleskab i en time. Pynt med mintblade inden
serveringen.

- 4 æg
- 0,3 dl vand (35cC)
- 1 knivspids salt
- 150g sukker
- 1 brev vanillesukker
- 150g mel
- 3g bagepulver

Rør æggene ud i vand i ca. 2 minutter.Tilsæt
sukker, vanille og salt - lidt efter lidt - og mix
blandingen i ca. 1 minut. Blandingen skal flyde fra
skeen som et tykt "bånd".Tilsæt mel og bagepulver
med en spatel. Bages ved ca. 170cC i 30-35
minutter .

Godt råd: Sukkerbrødskagen kan fyldes med
forskellig slags creme eller med flødeskum med
frisk frugt.

- 1 spsk olivenolie
- 2 fed hvidløg
- En knivspids salt
- 1 tsk finthakket dild
- Et par mintblade

Skræl agurken og snit den ved hastighed 1. Kom
de snittede agurkeskiver op i et dørslag og lad
dem dryppe godt af.
