- 2 buljongtärningar
- 2 teskedar ovispad grädde

Riv osten. Mosa broccolin tillsammans med den
kokta potatisen och lite av broccolivattnet. Häll
broccolimoset, den återstående vätskan och
buljongtärningarna i en graderad bägare. Fyll den
till markeringen för 7,5 dl. Häll blandningen i en
kastrull och koka upp under omrörning. Blanda
ner osten och krydda med curry, salt, peppar och
muskot.Tillsätt grädden sist.
