Tips
När du vispar äggvitor ska de vara
rumstempererade.
Ta ut äggen ur kylen minst en halvtimme innan du

Olja tillsätts genom det lilla hålet i botten på
påtryckaren.
När du vispar grädde kan du ta den direkt
från kylen.Var noga med beredningstiden (se
tabellen).Vispa inte för länge.
Använd pulsknappen så får du bättre kontroll.
Rengöring
Ta alltid ut stickkontakten ur vägguttaget innan du
gör ren motordelen.
1 Gör ren den med en fuktad trasa. Sänk
aldrig ner den i vatten, och skölj den inte
heller under rinnande vatten.
