Legg nepe, poteter, selleri, gulrøtter og vann i hurtigmikseren i
denne rekkefølgen. Bland ingrediensene i fem sekunder hvis du
vil ha en grov suppe, eller lenger hvis du ønsker et mer nhakket

150 g linser (hermetiske)
150 g røkt svinekjøtt
190 g crème fraîche
15 g persille
salt
nykvernet pepper
1,5 buljongterning
2 laurbærblader
Ha de blandede ingrediensene i en kjele og la det koke opp. Tilsett
vann, crème fraîche, linser, kjøtt og urter. Kok i 30 minutter under
omrøring.

Bland til du får en jevn blanding.
