Schakel het apparaat uit en haal de stekker uit het stopcontact.

2 Druk op de snoeropwindknop. (g. 53)

Het snoer wordt automatisch opgerold in het apparaat.

Opmerking:Als het shampooreservoir is bevestigd op het apparaat, verdwijnt het netsnoer niet volledig in

het apparaat als u op de snoeropwindknop drukt.

3 Berg de kleine zuigmonden op zoals is aangegeven in de afbeelding. (g. 54)

4 Alleen bepaalde typen: als u voor de buis de parkeerfunctie wilt gebruiken, plaatst u de

parkeerklem in de parkeersleuf aan de zijkant van het apparaat. (g. 55)

Opmerking:Als iemand hard aan de buis trekt of er hard tegenaan stoot, laat de parkeerklem los van de

buis of schiet uit de parkeersleuf. Dit voorkomt schade aan het apparaat. U kunt de parkeerklem

eenvoudig terugduwen op de buis als dit gebeurt.



1 Om een volle stofzak te verwijderen, tilt u de houder met de stofzak aan de handgrepen uit

het apparaat. (g. 20)

2 Druk op de rode hendel en houd deze ingedrukt om de kartonnen voorzijde van de stofzak

los te maken. (g. 56)

3 Gooi de volle stofzak weg en plaats een nieuwe (zie hoofdstuk ‘Klaarmaken voor gebruik’).

Opmerking:Bij elke verpakking met originele papieren Philips Athena-stofzakken worden een nieuw

motorbeschermingslter en een nieuw microlter geleverd.



1 Om de herbruikbare stofzak te verwijderen, volgt u de instructies voor het verwijderen van

papieren stofzakken.

2 Houd de herbruikbare stofzak boven een afvalbak. (g. 57)

3 Verwijder de afdichtclip door deze zijdelings van de stofzak te schuiven. (g. 58)

4 Leeg de stofzak in de afvalbak. (g. 59)

5 Sluit de stofzak door de afdichtclip terug te schuiven op de onderrand van de stofzak.

6 Plaats de herbruikbare stofzak terug in het apparaat. Volg de instructies voor het plaatsen van

papieren stofzakken in het hoofdstuk ‘Klaarmaken voor gebruik’.

Gebruik het apparaat nooit zonder het motorbeschermingslter.

Vervang het motorbeschermingslter als u de eerste stofzak van een nieuw pak met papieren

stofzakken plaatst. (g. 50)
