Gelato al formaggio cremoso
4-6 coppette
2-3 kiwi ridotti in purea
150 g di lamponi, more o fragole
125 ml di panna montata
Foglie di menta
4-6 cialde per gelato
Versate il gelato nelle coppette. Aggiungete gli
altri ingredienti lasciandovi guidare dalla vostra
creatività.
7.0.21 Sorbetto al limone
(dosi per 4-6 persone)
Il succo di ½ arancio
250 ml di succo fresco di limone
450 ml di sciroppo (vedere il capitolo
“Ingredienti”)
1 albume
Mescolate il succo di limone e arancio allo
sciroppo. Montate l’albume a neve quasi
ferma e unitelo al composto, accertandovi di
inglobarlo omogeneamente.
Accendete la gelatiera e versate il composto
nel recipiente.
Tempo di preparazione: 25-35 minuti.

(dosi per 4-6 persone)
Sorbetto al limone
4-6 bicchieri a calice da vino
3 limoni a fettine
3 ciliegie da cocktail
Alcune foglie di menta fresca
1 bottiglia circa di vino bianco frizzante
Versate il gelato nei bicchieri. Aggiungete il
vino e guarnite con fettine di limone, ciliegie
da cocktail e foglie di menta.

200 g di kiwi freschi pelati
100 g di mango pelato e denocciolato
150 g di ananas fresco pelato
300 ml di sciroppo (vedere il capitolo
“Ingredienti”)
Il succo di 1 limone
150 ml di acqua fredda
1 albume
Frullate la frutta con il succo di limone e
lo sciroppo. Montate l’albume a neve quasi
ferma e unitelo alla frutta e all’acqua fredda,
accertandovi di inglobarlo omogeneamente.
Accendete la gelatiera e versate il composto
nel recipiente.
Tempo di preparazione: 25-35 minuti.
