- 4 æg
- 200 g gulerødder skåret i skiver
- 2 dl mælk
- 100 g tørmælk
- 300 g sukker
- 300 g hvedemel
- 150 g olie
- 1 tsk tørgær

Kom æg, gulerodskiver, mælk, tørmælk og sukker op i blenderglasset og
blend blandingen i ca. 15 sekunder ved højeste hastighed.

Tilsæt gradvist hvedemelet. Når dejen hænger sammen, tilsættes olien
gradvist gennem det hul i låsen.Tilsæt til sidst tørgæren og lad apparatet
køre i yderligere 5 sekunder.

Kom dejen op i en bageform og bag den i ovnen ved 180c i ca.
40 minutter.
Salatdressing
- 1 del vineddike eller citronsaft
- 3 dele olie
- salt, peber

Kom vineddike eller citronsaft op i blenderglasset.Tilsæt salt og peber og
tænd for apparatet. Fortsæt blendningen til salt og peber er opløst.Tilsæt
derefter olien gennem det hul i låsen til dressingen har den ønskede
konsistens.

den i køleskab. Ryst altid blandingen før brug, så ingredienserne blandes

- 5,25 dl mælk
- 75 g margarine
- 90 g Parmesan ost i tern á ca. 1 cm
- 440 g sukker
- 290 g majsmel
- 250 g hvedemel
- 1 tsk. bagepulver

Kom æg, mælk, margarine, Parmesanost og sukker op i blenderglasset.
Lad apparatet køre ved max. hastighed i 10 sekunder.

20 sekunder ved max. hastighed.Tilsæt derefter hvedemelet lidt ad
gangen og lad apparatet køre i yderligere 30 sekunder ved max.

Sluk apparatet. Hæld blandingen i en smurt bageform drysset med lidt
