300 g honning
en knivspids salt
16 g bagepulver
500 g kærnemælk
1 Skær/hak dadler, svesker, mandler og valnødder i små stykker.
2 Kom dadler, svesker, mandler, valnødder, rosiner, sultanas,100 g
hvedemel og 460 g fuldkornsrugmel i en skål.
3 Hæld kærnemælken i skålen, og sæt båndpiskeriset på mixeren.
4 Tryk på turbo-knappen for at blande ingredienserne i 20 sekunder.
5 Sæt hastighedsknappen på “0”, og lad mixeren køle ned til
stuetemperatur, inden du bruger den igen.
6 Bag frugtkagen i en 30 cm lang kageform i 50 - 60 minutter ved
170 °C.
