Ingredienser:
- 750 g mel
- 380 ml vand
- 50 ml olie
- 1 tsk salt
- 1 tsk sukker
- 1 pakke gær
- 1 skefuld tørret rosmarin
- 30 g grønne eller sorte oliven
1 Kommel,vand,salt,sukker,olieoggærienskål.
2 Ælt dejen med dejkrogene i 60 sekunder.
3 Stil skålen med dejen i køleskabet i 60 minutter.
4 Skær olivenerne i små stykker.
5 Tagdejenudafkøleskabet,ogtilsætrosmarinogoliven.
6 Sætdejkrogenepå.Trykpåturbo-knappen,ogblandingredienserne
i 10 sekunder.
7 Bag Toscana-brødet i en bageform ved 180°C i ca. 30 minutter.
Bemærk: Denne opskrift belaster mixeren meget. Lad mixeren køle af i 60
minutter, når du har fulgt denne opskrift.
