Het Philips Sleep & Wake-up Light zorgt ervoor dat u op een natuurlijkere
manier energiek wakker wordt en met een ontspannen gevoel in slaap valt.
Dit is geen algemeen verlichtingsproduct.
De effecten van de Sleep & Wake-Up Light
De Philips Sleep & Wake-Up Light bereidt uw lichaam in de eindfase van uw
slaap (de laatste 5 tot 60 minuten, afhankelijk van de tijd die u hebt
ingesteld voor Sunrise Simulation) langzaam voor op het wakker worden. Uw
ogen zijn in de vroege ochtend gevoeliger voor licht dan wanneer u wakker
bent. In deze periode wordt uw lichaam met een lage lichtintensiteit die een
natuurlijke zonsopkomst nabootst, gestimuleerd om wakker en actief te
worden.
Mensen die de Sleep & Wake-Up Light gebruiken, worden makkelijker
wakker, hebben in het algemeen ´s morgens een beter humeur en voelen
zich energieker. Omdat de gevoeligheid voor licht voor iedereen anders is,
kunt u de lichtintensiteit van uw Sleep & Wake-Up Light instellen op een
niveau dat past bij uw lichtgevoeligheid, zodat u optimaal aan de dag
