De Wake-up Light wekt u geleidelijk met een

unieke combinatie van licht en geluid. Zo bent u

klaar voor de dag die voor u ligt. Deze app is

compatibel met de Philips Wake-up Light HF3550.

1b. Wakker worden

Natuurlijk wakker worden

De Wake-up Light wekt u op een natuurlijke

manier met licht dat geleidelijk helderder wordt,

zoals bij een zonsopgang. Bepaal zelf hoe u wakker

wordt door muziek of een natuurgeluid uit uw

iPod-bibliotheek te kiezen.

1c. In slaap vallen

Natuurlijk in slaap vallen

Doordat licht en geluid geleidelijk zachter worden,

valt u gemakkelijker in slaap. U kunt de gewenste

duur voor het dimmen instellen.

1d. Statistieken

Wake-up-statistieken

Houd uw bedtijdroutines bij en registreer hoe u

zich 's ochtends voelt. Zo kunt u de Wake-up Light

optimaal gebruiken en krijgt u zicht op uw

ontwaakgewoonten.
