Nukahtaminen
S’endormir
Pulse el botón de dormir si desea que la luz o el sonido de la Wake-up Light permanezcan
encendidos y se atenúen gradualmente durante un periodo de tiempo establecido (de 5 a
60 minutos) antes de irse a dormir. La lámpara o el sonido se apagan automáticamente una vez que
transcurre el tiempo establecido.
1. Pulse el botón de dormir para activar la función de dormir.
2. La hora establecida para dormir aparece en la pantalla.
3. Pulse el botón + o – para ajustar el tiempo (de 5 a 60 minutos).
Para desactivar la función de dormir, pulse de nuevo el botón de dormir. El icono de dormir
desaparece de la pantalla.
Nukahtamispainikkeella saat valon himmenemään ja/tai äänen vaimenemaan vähitellen tietyn ajan
kuluessa (5 minuutista 1 tuntiin) ennen nukahtamista. Lamppu sammuu ja/tai ääni kytkeytyy pois
automaattisesti määritettynä aikana.
1. Ota nukahtamistoiminto käyttöön painamalla nukahtamispainiketta.
2. Määritetty nukahtamisaika tulee näyttöön.
3. Määritä aika (5–60 minuuttia) painamalla plus (+)- ja miinus (-) -painikkeita.
Poista nukahtamistoiminto käytöstä painamalla nukahtamispainiketta uudelleen. Nukahtamiskuvake
katoaa näytöstä.
Sélectionnez la fonction S’endormir si vous souhaitez que la lumière et/ou le son de l’Éveil lumière
diminuent progressivement pendant une période dénie (5 à 60 minutes) au moment du coucher. La
lumière et/ou le son s’éteignent automatiquement à l’heure programmée.
1. Appuyez sur le bouton S’endormir pour activer la fonction S’endormir.
2. L’heure d’endormissement programmée apparaît sur l’afcheur.
3. Appuyez sur le bouton + ou – pour régler l’heure (5 à 60 minutes).
Pour désactiver la fonction S’endormir, appuyez de nouveau sur le bouton S’endormir. L’icône
S’endormir disparaît de l’afcheur.
