πργευµα, µπορείτε να προσδιορίσετε τη βασική πίεση

του αίµατος. Μετρώντας την πίεση πάντοτε την ίδια

ώρα της ηµέρας, αποκλείετε κατά το δυνατν την

επίδραση που έχουν οι εξωτερικοί παράγοντες στην

τιµή της πίεσης του αίµατος.

Αν θέλετε να έχετε σαφή εικνα των διακυµάνσεων

που παρουσιάζει η πίεση του αίµατς σας µέσα στη

διάρκεια της ηµέρας, µετρήστε την πίεση αρκετές

φορές µέσα στη διάρκεια της ηµέρας. Η πιθαντητα

(βαθµς κινδύνου) αδιαθεσίας λγω αυξηµένης πίεσης

αίµατος εξαρτάται απ λες τις τιµές της πίεσης που

µετρήθηκαν µέσα στη διάρκεια της ηµέρας και χι

µνο απ την τιµή της πίεσης που έτυχε να µετρηθεί

το πρωί.

Μαζί µε τις µετρούµενες τιµές πίεσης αίµατος να

καταγράφετε πάντοτε την ηµεροµηνία και την ώρα της

µέτρησης. Να έχετε υπψη σας τι ο γιατρς είναι ο

µνος αρµδιος να αναλύσει και να ερµηνεύσει τις

τιµές της πίεσης αίµατος. Σε καµία περίπτωση δεν

πρέπει να κάνετε µνος σας διάγνωση και µην

αλλάζετε ΠΟΤΕ τη δοσολογία των φαρµάκων που σας

χορήγησε ο γιατρς σας.
