Vissetypermadvarer,isærsk,kangiveolien/fedtetenuønsketbismag.Dettekanforhindrespå

følgendemåde:

1 Opvarm olien/fedtet i frituregryden til 160 °C.

2 Kom derefter to tynde skiver franskbrød eller et par persillekviste i olien/fedtet.

3 Vent, indtil der ikke kommer ere bobler, og tag så franskbrød/persille op af gryden med en

spatel.

Hjemmelavede pommes frites

Sådanlavesdebedsteogmestsprødepommesfrites:

1 Brug faste kartoer, og skær dem i stave. Skyl stavene i koldt vand.

Pådenmådeundgårdu,atdeklæbersammenunderfriturestegningen.

Bemærk:Tør stavene grundigt.

2 Steg pommes fritterne af to omgange: Første gang i 4-6 minutter ved 160 °C og anden gang i

5-8 minutter ved 175 °C.

3 Læg de hjemmelavede pommes fritter i en skål og ryst dem. Lad dem køle af før anden

stegerunde.

Miljøhensyn

Apparatet må ikke smides ud sammen med det almindelige husholdningsaffald, når det til sin

tid kasseres. Aevér det i stedet på en kommunal genbrugsstation. På den måde er du med til

at beskytte miljøet. (g. 19)

Batterier indeholder substanser, der kan skade miljøet. Smid aldrig batterier ud sammen med

1 Fjern timeren fra apparatet.

2 Fjern bagsiden på timeren med en lille almindelig skruetrækker.

3 Tag batteriet ud.
