Come eliminare i sapori sgradevoli
Alcuni tipi di cibo - soprattutto il pesce - possono dare un cattivo sapore all'olio o al grasso. Per
neutralizzare questo cattivo sapore:
1 Riscaldate l'olio o il grasso alla temperatura di 160cC.
2 Immergete due sottili fette di pane o un rametto di prezzemolo nell'olio.
3 Aspettate che siano scomparse le bolle d'aria e raccogliete il pane o il prezzemolo usando
una spatola.
A questo punto l'olio o il grasso avranno di nuovo un sapore neutro.
Ambiente
Prima di gettare l'apparecchio, togliete la batteria del timer (solo mod. HD6153).
1 Per togliere il pannello del timer, usate un piccolo cacciavite (fig. 17).
2 Togliete la batteria. Non gettatela insieme ai normali rifiuti domestici ma portatela presso un
centro di raccolta differenziata.
