Nota: Si no utiliza la freidora con frecuencia, aconsejamos que saque el aceite o grasa líquida y los

Consejos para la fritura
Para ver los tiempos de preparación y las temperaturas, consulte la tabla al nal de estas
instrucciones.
Sacuda y escurra cuidadosamente y en la medida de lo posible los restos de hielo y agua, hasta
que los alimentos a freír estén convenientemente secos.
No fría grandes cantidades a la vez y no supere las cantidades mencionadas al nal de este
folleto ( - indica la cantidad recomendada).

Ciertos tipos de alimentos, especialmente el pescado, pueden dar un sabor desagradable al aceite o
grasa. Para neutralizar ese sabor, siga estos consejos:
1 Calienteelaceiteolagrasaaunatemperaturade160°C.
2 Pongadosrebanadasnasdepanounasramitasdeperejilenelaceite.
3 Esperehastaquedejedehacerburbujasysaqueelpanoelperejildelafreidoraconuna
espátula.
El aceite o la grasa volverán a tener un sabor neutro.
Patatas fritas caseras
Podrá preparar las patatas fritas más sabrosas y crujientes de la siguiente manera:
1 Utilicepatatasrmesycórtelasentiras.Lávelasconaguafría.
Esto evita que se peguen entre sí mientras se fríen.
Nota: Seque bien las tiras.
2 Fríalaspatatasdosveces:laprimeravezdurante4-6minutosaunatemperaturade160°C,
lasegundadurante5-8minutosaunatemperaturade175°C.
Deje que las patatas se enfríen antes de volver a freírlas por segunda vez.
3 Pongalaspatatasyafritasenunrecipienteysacúdalas.
