Accompagnement - pour 4 personnes
1. Déposez le bâton de cannelle et l’écorce d’orange dans le diffuseur
d’arômes.
2. Posez le bol vapeur 2 sur le bol vapeur 1.
3. Placez le bol à riz au dessus ou à l’intérieur du bol vapeur 2, versez-y le
couscous et 150 ml d’eau chaude, puis couvrez le bol avec le couvercle.
4. Réglez le minuteur sur 20 minutes et laissez cuire le mélange de fruits et
le couscous. Éteignez le cuiseur vapeur.
5. Hachez nement les fruits et ajoutez-les au couscous.
6. Ce plat est délicieux accompagné de côtelettes d’agneau grillées aux
éclats de pistaches et d’une salade de concombre.

1. Legen Sie die Zimtstange und die Orangenschale in den Gewürzeinsatz.
2. Setzen Sie den Dampfaufsatz 2 auf den Dampfaufsatz 1.
3. Setzen Sie den Reisaufsatz auf oder in den Dampfaufsatz 2. Geben Sie
den Couscous sowie 150 ml warmes Wasser hinzu. Setzen Sie den
Deckel auf.
4. Stellen Sie die Zeitschaltuhr auf 20 Minuten ein, und garen Sie das
Tuttifrutti-Obst und den Couscous. Schalten Sie den Dampfgarer aus.
5. Schneiden Sie das Tuttifrutti-Obst klein, und geben Sie es
zum Couscous.
6. Schmeckt köstlich zu gegrillten Lammkoteletts mit grob gehackten
Pistazien und frischem Gurkensalat.

1. Doe kaneelstokje en sinaasappelschil in de Flavour Booster.
2. Plaats stoomschaal 2 boven op stoomschaal 1.
3. Hang de rijststoomschaal boven of in stoomschaal 2 en doe hierin de
couscous en 150 ml warm water. Sluit de schaal af met het deksel.
4. Stel de timer in op 20 minuten en kook de tuttifrutti en de couscous.
Schakel de stomer uit.
5. Hak de tuttifrutti fijn en voeg deze toe aan de gestoomde couscous.
6. Heerlijk bij gegrilde lamskoteletten met grofgehakte pistachenoten en
een frisse komkommersalade.

1. Mettete la stecca di cannella e la buccia dell’arancia nel Flavour Booster.
2. Mettete il recipiente per la cottura a vapore numero 2 sul numero 1.
3. Mettete il recipiente per la cottura a vapore del riso sopra o dentro il
recipiente 2, quindi aggiungete il couscous e 150 ml di acqua tiepida.
Coprite con il coperchio.
4. Impostate il timer su 20 minuti per cuocere la frutta mista e il couscous.
Spegnete il sistema di cottura a vapore.
5. Tritate finemente la frutta mista e aggiungetela al couscous cotto
al vapore.
6. Perfetto con costolette di agnello grigliate cosparse di pistacchi tagliati
finemente e accompagnati da un’insalata di cetrioli.
