Ha colocado demasiada cantidad

preparación al vapor. Corte los
alimentos en trozos pequeños y
coloque los trozos menores en la parte
superior.
Coloque los alimentos dejando espacio
entre ellos para permitir que el vapor
circule con la máxima uidez.
El aparato no se
calienta
correctamente.
No ha eliminado los depósitos de
cal del aparato con regularidad.
Elimine los depósitos de cal del aparato.
