Programmerne til multibrødformen (13 og 14) gør det muligt at lave dine egne brødvariationer. Lige fra små og store boller til utes og frie
former. Disse programmer har to trin:
- Første trin: æltning og hævning af dejen
- Andet trin: bagning
Æltning og hævning af dejen
1 Fjern brødformen fra apparatet (se kapitlet “Brug af apparatet” i brugervejledningen).
2 Monter ælteknivene (se kapitlet “Brug af apparatet” i brugervejledningen).
3 Vej og hæld ingredienserne i brødformen (se kapitlet “Brug af apparatet” i brugervejledningen).
4 Placer brødformen i bagemaskinen (se kapitlet “Brug af apparatet” i brugervejledningen).
5 Tilslut bagemaskinen.
6 Tryk på programvælgeren, og vælg program 13 eller 14.
7 Trykeventueltpåskorpevælgerenenellereregangeforatvælgedenønskedefarvepåbrødskorpen.
For programmerne 13 og 14 er den forindstillede skorpefarve medium.
8 Tryk på knappen start/stop/annuller for at starte dejæltningen, som efterfølges af hævningen.
9 Når første trin i programmet er færdigt, skifter apparatet til standby.
, Apparatet bipper, når æltningen og hævningen af dejen er færdig.
Bemærk: De to processer (æltning og hævning af dejen) foregår automatisk og varer 1 time og 21 minutter, dvs. 26 minutter til æltningen efterfulgt af
55 minutter til hævningen.
