Vermeiden unerwünschter Gerüche

Bestimmte Nahrungsmittel (insbesondere Fisch) können zu einem unangenehmen Geruch des Öls

oder Fetts führen. Sie können diese Gerüche folgendermaßen neutralisieren:

1 Heizen Sie das Öl oder Fett auf eine Temperatur von 160c C.

2 Geben Sie zwei dünne Brotscheiben oder einige Zweige Petersilie in das Öl.

3 Warten Sie, bis keine Blasen mehr aufsteigen. Nehmen Sie das Brot oder die Petersilie dann

mit einem Spachtel aus der Fritteuse.

Das Öl oder Fett hat anschließend wieder einen neutralen Geschmack.

Umweltschutz

◗ Geben Sie das Gerät am Ende der Lebensdauer nicht in den normalen Hausmüll. Bringen Sie

es zum Recycling zu einer offiziellen Sammelstelle.Auf diese Weise helfen Sie die Umwelt zu

schonen (Abbildung 22).

Nur HD6144: Nehmen Sie die Batterie aus dem Timer, bevor Sie das Gerät entsorgen.

1 Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach mit einem flachen Schraubendreher (Abbildung 23).

2 Entnehmen Sie die Batterie. Entsorgen Sie diese nicht im Hausmüll, sondern geben Sie sie an

einer offiziellen Sammelstelle ab.
