Problème Cause possible Solution
L’appareil fait
un bruit de
détonation.
De l’air est bloqué dans
l’appareil.

Il y a des gouttes
d’eau ou de
condensation
sur l’extérieur de
l’appareil.
L’utilisation de vapeur peut
entraîner la formation
de gouttes d’eau ou
de condensation sur
l’extérieur de l’appareil.
Séchez l’extérieur de l’appareil à l’aide d’un chiffon
sec.
De l’eau chaude
s’écoule du bec
vapeur à la place
de la vapeur.
Après avoir tourné le
bouton de la vapeur
sur « ON » (Marche),
il faut attendre environ
20 secondes avant que la
vapeur s’échappe du bec
vapeur.
Laissez couler l’eau chaude dans le plateau égouttoir
et attendez 20 secondes avant de faire mousser le
lait.
