Marinader
Med en marinad kan maten ges smak med
speciell karaktär.
Här nedan finns ett antal recept till olika
marinader.
Recepten är förslag, som givetvis kan anpassas
till den personliga smaken. Genom att lägga till
andra ingredienser, öka, minska mängder eller
utelämna vissa ingredienser kan personliga
specialiteter åstadkommas.
Ingredienserna blandas väl. Lägg sedan
köttet/fisken i marinaden och låt ligga ca 2
timmar.
Torka fisken/köttet med hushållspapper före
grillningen, så blir grillytan bättre.
Enkel basmarinad
4 matskedar vin eller vinäger.
Olika kryddor såsom persilja, peppar, lagerblad,
timjan, mejram.
Lök, finhackad.
Vitvinsmarinad speciellt för fisk

1 tesked persilja.
1 kryddmått salt och peppar.
1 matsked olja.
Citronmarinad för kalvkött, fisk
4 matskedar olja.
4 matskedar citronsaft.
1 lök, finhackad.
1 klyfta vitlök, pressad eller hackad.
1 kryddmått salt, peppar och socker.
1 tesked timjan.
1 tesked mejram.
Rödvinsmarinad för oxkött

2 matskedar olja.

Såser
Kryddstark grillsås
