Marinader
En marinade kan gi det griljerte kjøttet eller fisken
en spesiell smak. Nedenfor vil De finne et antall
forslag til marinader. Selvfølgelig kan disse
tilpasses Deres personlige smak og hva De
foretrekker. Ved å legge til ekstra ingredienser
eller ved å fjerne eller bytte ut kan De lage Deres
egne spesialiteter.
Bland alle ingrediensene godt. Legg kjøttet/fisken
i marinaden og la den trekke i ca. 2 timer.
NB!
Fjern overflødig marinade fra maten før grillingen.
